DMW Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our engineering client, for a Service Administrator to join their friendly, hard working team, due to expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude and able to support other departments within the company in this varied role.

  • Working hours are Mon-Fri 8-4:30pm
  • 100% office based - Middlesbrough
  • Salary negotiable depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support including document creation, email correspondence, and data entry using Microsoft Office.

  • Job logging, file management, and customer/supplier communication.

  • Invoicing and purchase order processing using QuickBooks.

  • Order tracking, expediting, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Typing QA reports and managing training schedules and records.

  • Updating asset and supplier lists, including certification and insurance documentation.

  • Organising meetings, events, travel, and accommodation.

  • Answering phones, managing confidential information, and maintaining office supplies (e.g. stationery, PPE).

  • Setting up new customer and supplier accounts.

  • Supporting engineers with quotations and bids.
