DMW Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our engineering client, for a Service Administrator to join their friendly, hard working team, due to expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude and able to support other departments within the company in this varied role.
- Working hours are Mon-Fri 8-4:30pm
- 100% office based - Middlesbrough
- Salary negotiable depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

General administrative support including document creation, email correspondence, and data entry using Microsoft Office.

Job logging, file management, and customer/supplier communication.

Invoicing and purchase order processing using QuickBooks.

Order tracking, expediting, and maintaining accurate records.

Typing QA reports and managing training schedules and records.

Updating asset and supplier lists, including certification and insurance documentation.

Organising meetings, events, travel, and accommodation.

Answering phones, managing confidential information, and maintaining office supplies (e.g. stationery, PPE).

Setting up new customer and supplier accounts.

Supporting engineers with quotations and bids.
