- Monitor and support student attendance and punctuality.
- Conduct occasional home visits to engage with families and address attendance issues.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student welfare.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on student attendance and welfare.
- Provide advice and support for students and families to overcome barriers to education.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential.
- Willingness to conduct home visits as part of the role.
