Responsibilities
- Ensure that care plans are progressed and completed.
- Allocation of a child or young person to follow the completion of care proceedings and a set plan .
- Work alongside Resources Workers to complete Life Story work as well as when facilitating and supervising family time
- Help children and young people understand their experiences and reasons for being in care.
- Advocate for time with family members when it is safe to do so.
- Be understanding and supportive of children and young people's journeys.
Requirements
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Registered with Social Work England
- Experience in a similar setting working with children and families
