Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals struggling with substance use? We are seeking a dedicated Assessment Worker to be the first point of contact for clients facing complex challenges, including substance use, domestic abuse, homelessness, and mental health difficulties.

About the Role

As an Assessment Worker, you will conduct initial screenings and assessments, working closely with clients to identify their needs and connect them with appropriate support services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that individuals receive the right care and interventions to support their journey to recovery.
