You will play a vital role in securing resources, building relationships, and driving innovative fundraising campaigns. You will manage and inspire a dedicated team to achieve fundraising goals and enhance our impact. Duties as Head of Fundraising:

Leading the development and execution of the fundraising strategy.
Cultivating and strengthening relationships with new and existing donors, partners, and stakeholders.
Designing and implementing innovative fundraising campaigns to meet financial targets.
Managing, motivating, and supporting a high-performing fundraising team.
Ensuring effective supporter engagement and communication to build long-lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Proven experience in professional fundraising.
A solid understanding of various fundraising techniques and strategies.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating teams.
Creativity in developing and executing successful fundraising campaigns.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

In order to be successful as Head of Fundraising you will be a motivated individual, with excellent time management skills. In return you will receive a salary between £35,500 - £43,000 per annum, plus company benefits and hybrid working options, working to Monday-Friday. Apply today!
