A growing business is seeking an Area Sales Engineer to join their team with a salary of up to £75,000 per annum.

Candidates should have experience in a similar role, particularly in Capital Equipment within the Chemical or Food sectors.
Knowledge of centrifuge technologies and strong communication skills are also essential for success in this position.

A growing business is looking for an Area Sales Engineer to join the team. Along with a salary of up to £75,000 per annum, you will also receive a range of benefits including a commission scheme (15%), a pension scheme and a company car/car allowance. This role is fully remote and you can work anywhere in the UK. As Area Sales Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining relationships with key clients, particularly EPCs and framework partners.
External sales/business development in Chemical and Food and Beverage market.
Knowledge of centrifuge would be advantageous.
Liaising with clients.
Raising awareness of the company within the Pharmaceutical; Food markets.
Liaising with company personnel, in various global Product Homes, to ensure that the besttechnical and commercial offer is made and presented to the customer.
Attending customer meetings to lead or assist with tender submission, negotiation andcontract construction.
Using the company CRM system, ensuring that it is maintained up to date with respect tosales activity.

We’re looking for an Area Sales Engineer with:

Experience from similar role (Capital Equipment - Chemical or Food marked)
Previous sales experience
Familiarity with process plant.
Good communication skills – able to work well with customers and colleagues
Forward planning abilities, analytical skills, and capable of instilling customer confidence
Knowledge of centrifuge technologies.
