Lean Manufacturing Apprentice (Quality)
Our client is looking to welcome an ambitious person to join their growing Quality team within their state-of-the-art Warehouse in Middlesbrough as a Lean Manufacturing Apprentice to work as Quality Assurance.
Duties
- Unpacking and inspecting incoming goods to AQL standards
- Checking outbound inspection for special orders
- Taking & Uploading images to company Software
- Reporting any faults through the system
- Returns - checking returns to ensure the returns matches
- Contribute to the management of customer satisfaction and supplier performance
Required knowledge, skills or experience
- Previous warehouse or quality experience is not essential
- Flexibility in working hours during busy periods (some Saturdays)
- Ability to work in an organized manner, cleaning as you go
- Team work
- Good communication skills
- Driving license or working towards driving license id preferred but not essential
Additional Information
Location: Middlesbrough
Hours of work:
- 8am - 4.30pm
Rate of Pay:
- National Apprenticeship Wage
