Our client is a highly reputable and successful Ecommerce Business

Due to the launch of a new brand they have created this Ecommerce Manager role to take full accountability for the running of it, reporting into the Group Head of Marketing.

Part of a large (Global) group the business benefits from inhouse expertise and a large inhouse marketing team for support

The role would suit someone who has been hands on managing an ecommerce site/brand in previous roles, with a commercial mindset and strong communication skills work. This is a growing product area so there is ample opportunity to grow and develop within the role.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Manager:

  • Oversee the Ecommerce performance
  • Work with internal teams (i.e. Marketing) to devise campaigns and support across Digital Marketing channels 
  • Ensure product offering and pricing is competitive
  • Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey
  • Attend Mgmt meetings and report on performance

The Ideal Ecommerce Candidate:

  • hands on experience in an Ecommerce role,
  • Sound knowledge of Digital Marketing channels (Social, Email, SEO etc)
  • Commercially and data focused
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
