Job Title: Civils Project Manager
Salary: £50,000+ (depending on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Civils Project Manager to oversee multiple projects ranging in value from £5K to £2.5M, with most projects valued at £100K and above. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing civil engineering projects, including car parks, residential developments, and industrial units.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on all sites.
- Liaising with clients on-site when necessary to provide updates on project progress (primary communication will be handled by the Operations Manager).
- Coordinating with subcontractors and on-site teams to meet project milestones.
- Reporting regularly on the status of projects to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in civil engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of site management processes.
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with clients and contractors.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in managing car park developments or industrial/residential unit projects.
