The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Sales Representative to join one of it's clients in MiddlewichReporting into the UK Sales Managers, this is a hands-on role within a rapidly growing manufacturing business. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar B2B sales role with a track record of developing and executing sales strategies to grow product sales performance and profit. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter, proactive by nature and customer focused, with the drive and ability to operate in the field with minimum supervision throughout the UK. The role offers a good career path into a global commercial role for the successful applicant. The company has already grown considerably over the past 10 years and foresees the growth to continue in the coming years. The role:
- Following up inbound leads from special promotions.
- Making outbound cold sales calls to generate new leads and clients.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships with current and lapsed clients.
- Service and further develop existing accounts through up selling, cross selling etc
- Manage sales pipeline to meet agreed objectives
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a detailed understanding of Chemistry, eg: Chemical Engineering.
- Has experience of the full 360 sales process.
- Is determined, resilient and driven
- Has a full UK driving license as there is some travel involved.
- Can evidence a steady working history and long term vision
- Has got 3 to 5 years of B2B sales under their belt.
What we're offering:
- Salary ranging from £30,000 - £35,000
