Role Summary:
The IFA Administrator will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)n. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a financial services administrative role and possess the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, particularly when liaising with high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the IFA team.
- Process client documentation efficiently and accurately.
- Liaise directly with clients, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
- Maintain and update client records on internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a seamless service to clients.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar IFA Administrator role or financial services environment is essential.
- Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Confidentiality: A high level of discretion and professionalism, particularly when working with high-profile clients.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
