Bennett and Game are currently on the lookout for a skilled Senior Electronics Design Engineer for our client based near to Crewe, who work within the radio mass spectrometers industry of engineering.



Senior Electronics Design Engineer Job Overview

  • Specification, simulation and productionisation of electronic hardware.
  • Meeting mission and time critical deadlines for product delivery.
  • Assisting specification and delivery of new product development.
  • Working in the development team as a Design engineer, you will work in a multi-disciplinary team to specify and deliver a range of key objectives to support and develop the company's products.






Senior Electronics Design Engineer Job Requirements

  • Honours degree in Electronics or a related scientific discipline.
  • Extensive practical experience of electronics design using analogue, FPGAs, microcontrollers and associated firmware.
  • Experience of; low noise systems, analogue circuit design, high voltage power supply design and switching circuits.
  • Ability to design complex multilayer surface-mount PCBs for low noise and high voltage.
  • Programming in; C, C++, C#.
  • Experience of product validation and certification for international markets (CE, UL, etc).
  • Experience of PCB schematic capture and PCB layout - ideally Altium Designer.
  • Based within a commutable distance of Crewe.
  • Full UK driving licence is preferable.






Senior Electronics Design Engineer Salary & Benefits

  • Salary - £55,000 to £75,000 - very dependent upon, skill, experience and qualifications.
  • 36 hour working week - Monday to Friday - with flexible hour benefits.
  • Company pension scheme - 10% pension contribution (conditional).
  • Holiday package - 25 days plus bank holidays.
  • Other company benefits.
