If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a well-respected independent freight forwarder, is on the lookout for an Administration Coordinator to join their dedicated team.

About the Role:
As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by managing all back-office operations related to their shipments. Your expertise will ensure that every detail is handled with precision, allowing our clients to focus on what they do best.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process client bookings via telephone and email.
* Coordinate transport with hauliers and shipping lines.
* Enter all shipment details into the system.
* Prepare and submit customs declarations.
* Ensure compliance by checking and submitting Verified Gross Mass (VGM).
* Accurately create essential documentation for each shipment, including health certificates, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
* Raise documentation in accordance with client contracts or letters of credit within agreed timeframes.
* Provide expert support and advice to clients on all documentation aspects, safeguarding their interests.

What You Bring:
* A flexible approach and excellent customer service skills.
* Experience in a freight forwarding or export documentation role is preferred.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently.
* Strong communication skills that inspire confidence.
* Familiarity with customs clearance procedures, and knowledge of complex credit documentation principles are advantageous, but not essential as all training will be provided.
* Understanding of letter of credit rules and regulations would be beneficial.
* Proficient computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy are a must.
