The are now seeking multiple experienced Remortgage Case Handlers to join the team. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of remortgage files from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of remortgage files independently.
- Conduct thorough checks and verification of all legal documentation.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to the remortgage process.
- Provide excellent customer service, keeping clients informed at all stages of the process.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Strong understanding of the remortgage process and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
