IT Support Technician

Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding support to clients.
Provide 1st line helpdesk support to customers, resolving software and hardware issues remotely or via onsite visits.
Conduct site visits and installations to ensure seamless IT operations for clients.
Maintain a high level of customer care by promptly addressing client problems and keeping them informed of progress.
Adhere to health and safety procedures and policies of the organisation.
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
