IT Support Technician

Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding support to clients.
- Provide 1st line helpdesk support to customers, resolving software and hardware issues remotely or via onsite visits.
- Conduct site visits and installations to ensure seamless IT operations for clients.
- Maintain a high level of customer care by promptly addressing client problems and keeping them informed of progress.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures and policies of the organisation.
Requirements:
- A professional attitude and a genuine passion for IT.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
