• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding support to clients.
• Provide 1st line helpdesk support to customers, resolving software and hardware issues remotely or via onsite visits.
• Conduct site visits and installations to ensure seamless IT operations for clients.
• Maintain a high level of customer care by promptly addressing client problems and keeping them informed of progress.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and policies of the organisation.

Requirements:
