- Working on our home to school transport, you will be friendly and able to communicate well with staff and customers while you provide appropriate assistance to passengers who may have learning, mobility, emotional and/or behavioural difficulties. Experience of working with passengers who have disabilities is desirable, but you will be given full training. You will also assist the driver by route finding and giving directions when necessary.Â
