Our client isa well-establish, privately owned business at the forefront of the automotive market. We're happy to announce that they are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, has previous experience in the automotive industry, detail-oriented, and enjoys a variety of tasks.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Inventory checking and updating systems to ensure stock levels are managed effectively.
  • Dealing with suppliers and managing supply chain communications.
  • Liaising with customers, including businesses and the public, to provide excellent service.
  • Arranging shipments via courier and booking in vehicles as required.
  • Printing reports and checking customer invoices for accuracy.
  • Answering phone calls and handling queries efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role is advantageous, though not essential as training will be provided.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle a varied workload.
  • Good team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Proficient in using PCs, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with SAGE is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • A good sense of humour is always a plus!
