We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Comms & IT Service Provider based in the North-West, and we’re seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Account Manager to join a dynamic Sales Team to assist in building relationships, expand partner networks, and drive growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Highly organised, proactive, and ambitious self-starter.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Channel Account Manager, or similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in telecoms (WLR, Hosted, Broadband)
  • Solid experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong customer-focused solutions delivery

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead contact for all channel partners
  • Build and nurture long-lasting partner relationships
  • Provide onboarding and training to partners and their teams
  • Communicate product developments and initiatives to partners
  • Develop new commission structures for channel partners
  • Maintain accurate data in the company CRM
  • Manage partner feedback and inquiries
  • Work to improve the channel partner offering
