Responsibilities:
- Operating production machinery and equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Monitoring the production process to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Ensuring that products meet quality specifications and performing quality checks as required.
- Loading and unloading materials, as well as moving products to the appropriate storage areas
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar production environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must possess a valid driving licence or live in close proximity to our Midhurst.
- Working hours: 6am to 3pm
