You’ll be offered available shifts both at short notice and in advance - you choose which ones you want to work.

The job involves supporting adults with learning disabilities to live the life they choose and reach their potential. You’ll be supporting people with their daily routine and doing the things they like. This could include cooking, gardening, going to the cinema, meals out and shopping. Whatever interests the client has, you’ll play a vital role in enabling them to pursue them.
