The Bonus Structure
The firm operates a firmwide bonus scheme for the financial year, rewarding team efforts with significant additional earnings. If billing targets are met, bonuses are paid at two six-month intervals, plus a super bonus for exceeding annual targets, with the potential to earn up to an additional 6% of your annual salary.

- UK Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE in corporate/commercial law
- Experience in mergers & acquisitions, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, and corporate governance
- Ability to manage a varied caseload while providing excellent client service
