My client, a Tier 1 construction firm, is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a high-end residential project involving traditional build units.
The role includes responsibilities such as preparing strategic briefs, formulating procedures, and managing risks associated with the project.
Candidates should have both external and internal experience on traditional build projects, along with a valid CSCS certification.
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

My client a Tier 1 are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to support and oversee the construction of a high-end residential project.

The project consists of trad build units.

Responsibilities:

* Preparation of aims and objective
* Formulation of procedures
* Preparation and delivery of strategic briefs
* Formulation of and delivery of risk management strategy
* Value management report /option appraisal report
* Development and maintenance of risk register and latest risk analysis
* Time and resource planning
* Coordination and monitoring of Site Investigation
* Equipment strategy report
* Preparation of financial and progress reports for client meetings.
* Planning of logistics relating to construction

Requirements:

* CSCS

* External and Internal experience on Trad Build projects.
