Site manager

My client are a construction and civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver a ongoing scheme being delivered in West Sussex. My client deliver schemes across multiple sectors including residential, infrastructure and renewable's.

Site manager responsibilities:

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager and contracts manager.
• Site supervision.
• Conducting tool box talks ahead of site operations.
• Managing health and safety compliance.
• Checking works are being completed in accordance to RAMS and to specification.
• QA checks.
• Progress meetings.
• Liaising with the client.
• Managing plant, labour and materials.

Site manager requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS Card - (Gold/ Black)
• NVQ level 3 - minimum.
• SSSTS/ SMSTS.
• First aid.
• EUSR.
• Previous site manager experience.
• Experience with deep drainage and groundworks.
• Full UK driving licence.
• IT literate.
