Site Supervisor

4Site Recruitment are seeking a dedicated site supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing operations at our site, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.

Duties

• Supervise and manage on-site activities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate and assign tasks to site staff
• Monitor site progress and report to upper management
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
• Conduct regular site inspections

Qualifications

• Previous experience in supervising roles
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure
• SSSTS

• SSSTS (preferred)
• Asbestos Awareness (preferred)
• Manual Handling (preferred)
