Production Operative
An ever-growing business we are proud to work alongside are recruiting for multiple Production staff to join their busy workforce across multiple departments. This Market leading company are looking for physically fit people with strong communication skills and the willingness to get on-board with the company culture.
Location: Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds
Hours: 7:00am – 16:00pm Monday-Friday
Salary: £12.13 rising to £13.28 per hour upon completion of probation+ Holiday Pay
Benefits: Personal Counterbalance license, Team days out, Christmas parties, 20 days holiday+ 8 days bank holiday, Overtime available at 1.5x
What we are looking for:
- Manufacturing/Production experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- The ability to read from engineering drawings is desirable but training is provided
- Previous experience operating a Forklift is desirable
- You must have strong communication skills
- Happy to assist in other departments when required
- Compliant with companies’ health and safety policies
- You must be physically fit as heavy lifting is required
Candidates must have:
- The ability to manage workloads and work to targets
- Willingness to learn and take on board training
- To be able to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communications
- A good understanding of health and safety
- Good health due to heavy lifting
