HR Administrator

Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk

Hours: 30 – 40 hours a week (office days would need to be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

Salary: £25,000 -  £30,000 per annum (this salary is based on a 40-hour week)

Benefits: 26 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, health cash plan, death in service cover and hybrid working options, with the need to be onsite three days a week.

Job Duties:

  • Providing comprehensive HR administrative support to the HR Manager and team
  • Maintaining and updating personnel records and systems
  • Responding promptly to queries with guidance from the HR Manager
  • Assist with the recruitment process and liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Prepare for processing and assist with payroll-related queries
  • Update internal HR policies
  • Help organise staff events
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety practices
  • Participate in related training sessions

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in HR and similar type of role
  • CIPD qualified or working towards qualifying – would be an advantage
  • Manufacturing industry knowledge – would be an advantage
  • A proactive mindset
