We are working with an excellent company based in Mildenhall who are looking to recruit a聽Pre delivery QA Inspector聽to work alongside the Quality Manager to ensure standards are met for the business.

This role would be tasked with monitoring and checking the workmanship and quality of the goods being manufactured on site.

The typical hours would be 8:00am to 16:00pm Monday to Friday.

Typical duties would include:

路Conduct visual and physical inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.

路Use measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product specifications.

路Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities in materials and production processes.

路Document and report inspection results, maintaining accurate records of findings.

路Collaborate with QA Manager/production teams to resolve quality issues and suggest improvements.

路Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

路Perform audits on production lines to ensure adherence to quality guidelines.

路Participate in investigations of product failures and recommend corrective/preventive actions.

The successful candidate

路Experience of welding or mechanical inspections.

路Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.

路Proficiency in reading technical drawings.

路Knowledge of measurement tools and testing equipment.

路Ability to document findings clearly and accurately.
