CSCS Painter
18 - 21 per hour
Lakenheath, Suffolk
Gap Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter with SSSTS to work on a project on RAF Lakenheath , Suffolk. Minimum 2-3 months work for the right candidate.
Painters duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and removing old paint.
- Fill holes, cracks, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers.
- Mix and match paint, stain, and other finishes to job specifications.
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, and other finishes using brushes and rollers.
- Ensure high-quality finishes on both interior and exterior surfaces.
- Clean up and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
Painters Specification
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Must have SSSTS certificate.
- Must have own tools & full PPE.
- Proven experience as a painter.
- Knowledge of painting techniques and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to perform manual tasks.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
