A rapidly expanding fabrication company in Mildenhall, Suffolk, needs multiple MIG welders to support its growing production plans on Day and Late Shifts.
This company is one of the leading manufacturers in the area and continues expanding its production as demand for its services increases. They require MIG welders who are either NVQ qualified or have workshop experience.
The starting salary for this role is circa 14p/hour and 16p/hour for the Late Shifts, however, this is dependent on your level of experience, with overtime & progression available.
MIG Welder Duties:
- MIG Welding mild and stainless steel
- Jig work
- Prepping the metal for welding
- Basic fabrication
- Reading & working from engineering drawings.
Working hours are 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday and 16:00 - 02:00 for the Late Shifts, with 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)
Please Note: The Late Shift is a 6 Month Contract
We are looking for someone who is looking to develop a career in welding. Varying levels of experience will be considered however the company would favour someone who is more experienced.
