Are you a talented Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years of experience? Our client, a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor, is seeking a skilled professional to join their growing team.

The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and maintaining profitability on a variety of exciting infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with the client's project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing cost plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Handling subcontractor procurement and contract management.
• Providing accurate financial reports and cost control measures.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations (e.g., NEC/JCT).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in cost management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
