Join our cozy, small cafe restaurant located near the charming village of Yealand Redmayne, Carnforth. We focus on providing fresh, high-quality food with a carefully curated menu, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef/Cook to enhance our team.
Day-to-day of the role:- Prepare and cook dishes from our small, fresh food menu, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Manage inventory and order kitchen supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Work independently and efficiently in a loan working environment.
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook.
- A passion for fresh food and creative cooking.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum.
