Caralex Recruitment Ltd are currently working with a well-known housebuilder who is currently on the lookout for a permanent Sales Negotiator to go between several sales developments in the Milton Keynes area.
The successful applicant will have experience selling new build homes and be able to effectively negotiate with clients. They will also have a thorough understanding of the housebuilding process and property law as our client will be requiring their expertise in a range of areas including, but not limited to, customer service, viewings, and sales completion.
They are offering a competitive salary of £25,000-£28,000, plus OTE up to £60,000.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent negotiation skills
- The ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Thorough knowledge of the housebuilding process and property law
