My client is looking for an Accountant to come and solely manage their finance function. This position will be full of variety and will ideally suit someone who has a great attention to detail with numbers and loves interacting with the team and customers.
- Purchase Ledger
- Payment run creation
- Sales Ledger
- Credit Control Reconciliation
- Balance sheet reconciliation including Asset register
- Accruals, pre-payments and depreciation calculations and journals
- Profit and loss statements
- Month End Processing
- Quarterly VAT calculations and returns
- Fixed Asset management
- All aspects of Year End reporting to Audit standard
- Preparation of management accounts, month end and Year end adhering to strict deadlines.
- Responsible for bank account allocation, VAT
- Payroll preparation
The salary banding for this position is £32,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience and comes with perks such as pension, free parking, gym membership and a brilliant working environment.
