We're partnering with a dynamic, high-growth PE backed business based in Milton Keynes that's on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Management Accountant to join their close-knit finance team.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role offers fantastic exposure to month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis. You'll be hands-on from day one and play a key role in supporting strategic decisions as the business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and journal postings
  • Provide financial insights and variance analysis
  • Assist with year-end audit preparation
  • Liaise with departments across the business to support financial decision-making

Experience:

  • Early stages of ACCA/CIMA or finishing AAT
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mind-set
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise with both finance and non-finance stakeholders

You will be rewarded with a salary of between £34,000-£38,000 per annum plus full study support and benefits.
