The LHH team are excited to be partnering with an exclusive retail brand to recruit for an interim Financial Controller for a 6-month period. This company are based out of Central London with offices also near Milton Keynes so the individual will need to frequent both offices.

  • 6 months interim
  • £500- £600 per day inside IR35
  • Ideally Retail / FMCG / Branding experience
    • Managing a team of 8 individuals within the transactional finance team and tax team
    • Responsibility for closing the year end accounts
    • General ledger management.
  • Overseeing the AP / AR and treasury team
  • Responsibilities for bank reconciliation
  • Taking full responsibility for critical month-end activities, including accruals, prepayments, and journal entries, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts, profit and loss statements, balance sheet and other financial reports & analysis etc.
  • Ensuring efficient cash flow management by preparing and executing weekly payment runs and forecasting immediate financial requirements.
