Job Title: Management Accountant
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Accountant to join our clients dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and experience in data analysis. This role requires a proven background in management accounting, forecasting, and budgeting. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Support the implementation of new accounting software.
- Perform detailed financial analysis and reporting.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Streamline financial operations in collaboration with the finance team.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Provide support during audits and compliance checks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in management accounting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience with accounting software implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant accounting qualifications or certifications are a plus.
