Our client is an ambitious financial services business, and seeks an Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance function. This is a flexible and hybrid role, and part of an enthusiastic and sociable team.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, your duties will include but are limited to:
- Dealing with supplier invoices and resolving supplier queries
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Bank reconciliations
- Sales ledger including allocating cash to the correct account
- Prepayments & accruals and posting journals at month end
- Supporting the Management Accountant with accounts preparation and analysis
- Ad hoc duties and projects as and when required
The successful candidate can be either an experienced accounts assistant, or transactional accounts specialist seeking a role in a growing and ambitious comapny. You will also possess a positive and confident nature with good attention to detail.
