Accounts Assistant Location: Milton KeynesJob Type: Full-Time (Hybrid Working)Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
We are looking for a proactive Accounts Assistant to join a highly respectable client in Milton Keynes. This role will start with transactional tasks and grow over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record customer invoices accurately.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and customer queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth billing processes.
- Prepare and manage sales ledger.
- Assist with cash receipts and month-end closing.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in billing or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of billing processes and software.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, QuickBooks and Xero
