Administrative/ Secretarial AssistantTemporary ongoing (6 - 8 weeks) £13.00 Office based Full time hours
Quality personnel are supporting our client who is a leading provider within their field. They are looking for an administrative assistant to support their Senior Management Team at our Head Office in Milton Keynes.This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to become a key part of a small, friendly, and dynamic team, where your contribution will have a direct impact on our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:• Act as the first point of contact for guests and visitors• Organise and maintain office systems• Manage diaries and emails for Senior Management• Handle primary telephony functions• Coordinate and arrange travel plans• Prepare for and organise meetings• Take minutes during meetings• Provide HR administrative support• Assist with office management tasks• Contribute to the company’s website and social media platforms• Support company events and administration
We’re looking for someone who:• Is proficient in Microsoft Office• Has excellent organisational and communication skills• Can work independently and as part of a team• Has keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy• Can multitask and prioritise effectively
Desirable but not essential:• Previous experience in office management or as an administrative assistant
