Salary: £24,000

Hours: 35 hours per week - Hybrid working available after training

Location: Central Milton Keynes

We are recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy team working in the Education Team with a professional services organisation. As Administrator, you will assist with the planning, coordination, delivery and reporting of annual exams ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

You will have excellent administration skills, be highly organised and the be a confident communicator. The role of Administrator requires intermediate Excel knowledge and the ability to produce accurate data and reports.

Key Responsibilities for an Administrator:

  • Provide support to students via email or telephone
  • Manage inbox and respond in timely manager to all queries
  • Processing the applications, amendments and withdrawals to exams
  • Assisting with any credits and refunds
  • Collating the relevant documentation to assist with data collection for session reporting
