We are recruiting for an Aftersales Coordinator to join the team of our client who are based in Milton Keynes. The role is part of the Aftersales team, and your primary responsibility will be to coordinate incoming claim requests and process urgent cases.

Our client’s goal is to create healthier and happier communities through outdoor play and fitness solutions.

Key responsibilities for an Aftersales Coordinator

  • Taking inbound emails and calls from customers about warranties
  • Process warranty requests and book in subcontractors to complete the works
  • Work towards KPIs to get the fixes booked in
  • Process invoices for all warranties throughout the month

Experience and skills for an Aftersales Coordinator

  • Experience in a complaints or warranties department
