Macildowie are working with a well-established business looking for a hands on business administrator to oversee their Milton Keynes and London offices. This role is integral in ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining facilities, and supporting the wider business with administration, health & safety, and event coordination.

This role would work well for somoene who wants to be the go to person in the office for any business support tasks!

The Role:

  • Office Management: Ensure both offices are safe, clean, and fully operational. Manage daily checklists, maintenance, and contractor relationships.
  • Facilities Coordination: Be the first point of contact for office maintenance, meeting room setup, and health & safety compliance.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with diary management, minute-taking, travel bookings, and expenses.
  • Post & Supplies Management: Oversee inbound and outbound post, ensure office supplies are stocked, and manage relationships with service providers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key contacts across the business to support office needs.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in facilities management, office administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and a proactive approach to compliance.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve independently.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and general office technology.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude, happy to get involved in all aspects of office life.
