We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the CVL Lite team at a forward-thinking advisory firm.

About the Role:As an Administrator within the CVL Lite team, you will play a key role in providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations. You will handle a variety of tasks, including document management, data entry, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accurate records. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CVL Lite team with daily administrative tasks and operations.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update records using company systems.
  • Support team projects and contribute to process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:
