We are working with our client to source an Administrator to work in their Lead Generation Team.

You will be supporting the management of their lead management system, which will include managing all incoming and outgoing lead generation. You will be qualifying and managing all leads and passing to the correct Sales Team for follow up.

You will be working with both the Sales and Marketing teams, being responsible for improving the Lead Management process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responding, qualifying and tracking the inbound leads that come into the department via Livechat, Company Website or email.
  • Qualifying leads, and forwarding to appropriate colleagues
  • Arranging showroom and workshop appointments and then follow up to convert the lead after the appointment has been attended
  • Dealing with sample requests ensuring they are issued in a timely manner
  • Updating the company's CRM System will all information correctly with project leads, and new project information, also updating with events, and sales aligned with event attendance

Skills Required:

  • Strong Analytical mindset and Organisation skills
  • Project management skills
  • CRM Systems experience
  • Able to work with lots of data
  • Able to prioritise workload that aligns with the business strategy
