Our client offers a range of memberships designed to support translators and interpreters at each step of their career.
Their small friendly team are looking to recruit a part time office Administrator. 20 - 25 hours a week (flexible.)
This role will have total variety from dealing with all administrative operations in the office, updating their website, managing calendars, arranging logistics for the board meetings, supporting their network coordinators, processing suppliers invoices, proof reading some policies, and general compliance.
All areas of the this role that will be trained, and there is also the opportunity to learn and take on new responsibilities.
You will have excellent written and verbal communications
Good IT skills including Microsoft office and Excel
Good attention to detail
It would be a bonus if you have knowledge or have ever worked with memberships
