Project Support Co-Ordinator – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced project coordinator who has knowledge of the complete project lifecycle.  The role will be to work as part of the support function, working with project leaders to ensure documentation is correct, drive any issues through to resolution and work with management to ensure successful delivery. 

The role is a 6 month fixed-term contract and will be based onsite in Milton Keynes, to be considered for this position you will need to possess the following skills and experience: 

  • Background in Project Support, working with managers to ensure successful delivery of projects, overseeing tasks and logging paperwork. 
  • Experience of the project management lifecycle, PRINCE2 would be an added bonus. 
  • Strong administration skills, ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time and ensuring project documentation is logged and updated at all times. 
  • Assigning project tasks to managers, attending meeting when required 
  • Experience with MS Project.
