We are seeking a dedicated School Admin Support to join my clients team on a temporary basis. This role involves working closely with the headteacher and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), providing essential administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of the school.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide administrative support to the headteacher and SLT, including managing schedules, correspondence, and documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data management.
  • Handle communications with parents, staff, and external agencies.
  • Organise and maintain the school's administrative systems and office files.
  • Support the organisation of school events and meetings.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and in accordance with data protection regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
  • A DBS on the update service is preferable.
