Due to continued growth they are looking for a Senior Sales Order Processor to join them on a permanent basis to be based in their office in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B Sales Order Processing, as well as having excellent customer service skills.
Description
As a Senior Sales Order Processor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Act as the first point of contact for any incoming customer queries, via phone, email or online
- Manage the Sales Order Processing process from end to end, ensuring communication with all parties and to resolve and communicate any delays
- Maintain strong customer relationships with key customers
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Reporting on stock levels
- Liaise closely with supply chain team to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full
Profile
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an experienced customer service professional ideally with B2B Order Processing experience
- Friendly, approachable with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient with IT and inputting data on systems, as well as MS Office
- Self motivated and willing to learn
- Live locally to Milton Keynes
